Starters & add-ons

Drop a fresh project into a new site with config already pointing at its database, and run extra services alongside PHP and MySQL.

Starters

WordPressLatest release from wordpress.org. wp-config.php is written for this site's database; optionally completes the install with WP-CLI.

Laravelcomposer create-project laravel/laravel. .env points at the database and migrations run. Doc root public/.

Symfonycomposer create-project symfony/skeleton with DATABASE_URL set. Doc root public/.

Craft CMScomposer create-project craftcms/craft. .env is written; optionally runs the installer with an admin account. Doc root web/.

StatamicFlat-file CMS - no database needed. Doc root public/.

Drupalcomposer create-project drupal/recommended-project. Finish setup in Drupal's browser installer. Doc root web/.

Redis127.0.0.1:6379. Cache, queues, sessions, WordPress object cache. Each site gets its own db (REDIS_DB in its env).

Memcached127.0.0.1:11211, shared by every site (MEMCACHED_HOST in each site's env).

Node.jsnode and npm on PATH in Terminal and bothy site exec - for Vite, Mix and Tailwind builds.
